Fred Gil signed an agreement with Rackets Pro and developed an integrated practicing method that we believe it’s much more than just a tennis session or a Club.
We became the biggest Tennis & Padel group of Portugal and as Academy we work the mental part, the tactical aspects, the technical details and the physical condition all as one.

Full questionnaire for sport, personal profile and competitive mental state.
Evaluation in training and competition from a personal and coach perspective.
Training and competition behavior records.
IMPLEMENTATION PROTOCOL
In-person one-to-one and group on court sessions.
One-to-one and group online sessions (as needed).
Constant field behavioral analysis by the technical team.
